Is Singles Everywhere a free service?
Anyone can submit their profile information free of charge, and search our database to view potential matches on Singles Everywhere. However, in order to communicate with members, a user must subscribe to one of our subscription plans.

How old must I be to subscribe to Singles Everywhere?
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to Singles Everywhere.

Will my real identity ever be revealed to anyone?
Your real identity is NEVER disclosed to another user or anyone else. You alone control if, and when, you are ready to reveal your real identity to another user. We strongly encourage you to NEVER provide your email address, residence address or phone number during the early stages of a relationship.


Can I block undesired users from contacting me?
When you join as a Basic or Gold member, Singles Everywhere has a built-in system that will allow you to block unwanted contacts.

Should I have a photo of myself?
A picture is worth 1,000 words. User profiles that show photographs get much more exposure than profiles with no photos. You may post up to 9 photos of yourself on our site.
Be sure that the following are excluded:
  • URLs, telephone numbers, street addresses or direct email addresses
  • Obscene, sexually explicit or lewd gestures or behavior
  • Licensed or copyrighted images
  • Photos with celebrities
  • Nudity

Who is a Gold member?
A Gold member is a user who has subscribed to one of our subscription plans and is able to enjoy the full benefits of our service.

How do I edit my profile?
You can easily edit your profile information by logging into your account. Click on "Edit My Profile".
In this section, you may choose one of three tabs, "About Me", "About My Match" or "Self-Description". Whenever you make a change the Essays section, your profile will be changed from 'Active' status to 'Pending Approval' status and must be reviewed by an administrator before your account is reactivated.

How do I enter my photo or change my photo from time to time?
You can easily enter your photo by downloading or scanning the picture into your computer.
Simply follow these instructions:
  • Log on to your account using your username and password.
  • You are allowed to upload 9 images, one of which is the thumbnail image that will appear with your profile. Your thumbnail is used for search results.
  • Click on "Upload Photos". Click on the browse button for the image you wish to upload. Go to Photo # 1 and click on browse. Here you may upload, remove and change your photos.
  • The "Choose File" dialog box will appear. Locate the image you wish to upload on your computer and click on it. You may use .jpg, gif and .png files for your pictures. There are no limits of size or proportions because our system will automatically resize your pictures.
  • The location for that picture will appear in the "new picture" box.
  • Click "Upload" and your picture will be uploaded and resized automatically.
  • Please remember that uploading pictures to your account will temporarily move your account from "Active" status to the "Pending Approval" mode. This allows the staff at Singles Everywhere to verify that the image is suitable for inclusion in the database.

If you have problems uploading your photo(s), mail them to us to the civic address below, and we will upload them into your profile. Be sure to include your username, password and email address.

What are the rate plans for Singles Everywhere?
There are three different rate plans available. MEMBERSHIP RATES (All prices are in CDN dollars) are:
  • One Month $24.99 - Only 83 cents a day
  • Three Months $43.99 - Only $21.99 monthly
  • Six Months $62.99 - Only $20.99 monthly

You can join Singles Everywhere by using the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express. You can also join Singles Everywhere by using Paypal.


What other methods of payment are available if you do not have a Credit Card or Paypal account?

Will Singles Everywhere automatically renew my subscription?
All subscriptions will automatically renew at the beginning of each subscription period until subscriber's membership is cancelled or terminated.

What is the Singles Everywhere refund policy?
Subscription payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription under any circumstances. You may, however, use any unused subscription service through the end of your subscription period.

How do I change my password?
  • Log in to your account and go to the "Edit My Profile"
  • Scroll to "Change Password"
  • Enter your old password, then enter your new password
  • Confirm your password and click on "Change"

Remember that whenever you make a change in your information, your profile is changed from "Active" status to "Pending Approval" status and must be reviewed by administration before your account is reactivated.

How do I cancel my account?
If you decide to cancel the use of our service, you will be able to finish out the remainder of the unused subscription period at your option.
Simply follow these easy steps:

  • Log on to your account
  • Click on "Edit Profile"
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page on the left side and click on "Profile Unregister"
